1. Agreement to these terms

By using gounilyft.com or any Unilyft service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. What Unilyft provides

Unilyft Global Private Limited ("Unilyft", "we", "us") helps students understand and compare overseas education options. Our services include the free Unilyft Profile Assessment, the optional paid Unilyft Overseas Education Advisory Report, counselling, and, where agreed with you, help with applications.

3. The Profile Assessment and reports

• The Profile Assessment and Advisory Report are generated using AI-assisted analysis and are not reviewed by a person before they are sent.
• They look at the one plan you describe. They are guidance to help you decide and to ask better questions. They are not legal, immigration, financial or investment advice.
• The quality of a report depends on the information you give us. Please give accurate and complete details.
• Rules, fees, deadlines and requirements set by universities and governments change. Please confirm anything important with the official source before you act on it.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, jobs, permanent residence or any other outcome. Admission decisions are made by universities, and visa and immigration decisions are made by government authorities. We cannot influence them.

5. Your responsibilities

You must give accurate, current and complete information, and genuine documents. Unilyft is not responsible for any rejection or loss that results from inaccurate, incomplete or false information or documents provided by you.

6. Paid services

The free Profile Assessment carries no charge. If you choose a paid service, such as the Advisory Report, the price and what is included will be shown to you before you pay. Please read that carefully before you confirm.

7. Our website and content

The content on this site is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise it is free of errors or fully up to date. The Unilyft name, logo and content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Unilyft and its directors are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your decision to rely on our website, assessments or reports. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

9. Your information

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
